Smit & Zoon acquire Sochive

Smit & Zoon announced their acquisition of their Italian agent Sochive in Arzignano, Italy. The companies’ joint history goes back 25 years, with Sochive acting as the agent for Smit & Zoon, marketing their fatliquors and syntans in Italy. In the meantime, Sochive has also built up their own line of finishing chemicals which are sold in several countries. This acquisition will provide both companies new opportunities to combine their efforts and reach synergies to further improve service to Italian customers.
