The Slovak Statistical Office reports that Slovakia exported raw hides and skins, and leather, worth US$51.8 million in the first five months of this year, a year-on-year fall of 4.4%. Slovakia’s imports of the same types of commodities were 3.5% higher year-on-year at US$116 million.
