JBS Australia is significantly increasing production at its Dinmore facility in Queensland, which stands as the largest beef plant in the southern hemisphere
Recently, a second shift comprising 300 new team members has been initiated at the Dinmore plant to cater to the surging demand for high-quality beef products both domestically and internationally. The company plans to hire a total of 500 new employees, bringing the overall workforce at the plant to over 1,800 individuals once the second shift reaches maximum capacity.
“Our investments in Dinmore underscore our commitment to not only producing superior quality, but also creating meaningful employment opportunities and contributing to the local economy,” Brent Eastwood, CEO of JBS Australia.
“Dinmore is home to our popular Queenslander and Aberdeen Black brands. We welcome our new colleagues and look forward to introducing JBS Aussie Beef to more UK and EU Customers,” said Nick Sherwood, JBS Global (UK) Managing Director.
