Incoma to relocate

8 January 2003

Italian tannery machinery manufacturers, Incoma, part of the Bergi Ofb Group, are to close production at their factory in Thiene near Arzignano and relocate. Production will shift down the road to Bergi's factory in Arzignano. The Bergi Group will continue to own the site at Thiene and are to lease out the building. Production of Incoma's vacuum drying machines and the rollercoaters will be assembled at another site, which has yet to be announced. With the increase in production and storage Bergi are hoping to extend the Arzignano site in order to store spare parts and raw materials for their machine assembly lines. Bergi are even weighing up the possibility of relocating the whole group to a completely new site although a decision is some way off at the moment.
