Filanto in Japan

Filanto SpA, Italian footwear manufactures, have decided to start marketing their shoes in Japan. Filanto, one of the largest shoemakers in Europe, will shortly begin negotiations with wholesalers and retailers to sell men's and women's leather shoes. The firm plan to sell luxury European leather shoes, which generally retail for around ¥30,000 (US$250) a pair, for less than ¥20,000 (US$167).
