Change in the Management Board of the CHT Group – Dr. Christian Rink becomes new CFO of the CHT Group
As of October 1, 2024, Dr. Christian Rink will take over the position of global CFO of the CHT Group held by Prof. Dr. Klaus Müller on an interim basis. In this role, he will be responsible for Finance & Controlling, Information Technology, Digitalization, Compliance Management and Project Management. From now on, Dr. Christian Rink will form the Management Board together with CEO Eva Baumann.

Compared to early 2024, June brought a bit of relief to the market. While prices mostly held steady, there were hints of improvement in some areas. Heavy Texas Steer prices remained unchanged, maintaining a narrow range between $20.00 and $21.00 for 64/66lbs. Branded Steers were consistent at $21.00, and despite slower trading, Colorado Branded Steers managed to hold steady. Heavy Native Steers faced mixed reports, with prices ranging from $28.00 to $30.00 for 62/64lbs, reflecting some stability but still under pressure due to fluctuating demand.
