Serbia’s Statistical Office reports that Serbian exports of leather and leather products increased substantially in the first four months of this year, compared with the same period in 2006. Exports worth €49.1 million were €13 million higher year-on-year. Serbian imports of the same types of commodities in the January to April period were worth E78.4 million, as against €60.1 million in the corresponding period last year.
