Organisers of Le Cuir A Paris are currently engaged in the second phase of the fair’s development by inviting new sectors to join the exhibition. Material, component, accessory and leather garment manufacturers who are aiming at the mass market and, amongst others, at teenage fashion, will be invited to exhibit at the next edition of the fair in April 2004.
Alongside this, a new communication campaign is being launched in November 2003. A completely new image has been created in collaboration with the agency ‘Metropolitan Studio’ that is defined as – A new image that reflects the development of the event – more creative, more innovative and coming closer to the individual.
The individual is simply wrapped in a ribbon of leather, clearly symbolising the material but also, with its rough appearance, the work of this fantastic industry which devotes its considerable energies to making the leather skin an inexhaustible source of creative inventiveness.’
