In line with the Group’s succession plan, Lundie will succeed Gordon Ross, who is retiring from full time employment at the end of March 2013. Ross will remain on the Group Board thereafter as a Non-executive Director.
Ian Lundie has over 20 years board level experience as a Finance Director of UK and international businesses in the manufacturing, travel and computer software sectors.
Jonathan Muirhead, Group Chairman, said: “Ian’s appointment will strengthen the board as he brings a wealth of experience, particularly in international business.
