A visit by Taiwanese agent Go-In International to Heal’s headquarters in the UK was a great success. Go-In have represented Heal’s for over 20 years in the increasingly important Taiwanese market. 2004 saw the local agent surpass all previous sales targets and 2005 looks set to be a continuing success. Jet Kao of Go-In International spent two days at Heal’s receiving training on Heal’s Nu-Martindale Family, TruBurst Intelligent Bursting Strength Tester, Thermaplate Stability Tester and Apollo Xenon Arc Light and Weather Fastness Tester.
Taiwan is one of the growing markets for Heal’s and business development manager Elliot Rich believes that it is vital for agents such as Go-In to be prepared for 2005. Heal’s host over 20 international agents each year who leave Halifax with the most up to date information on a growing portfolio of products and services. Go-In’s top sales manager, Mei Lan Wu, also visited Heal’s for official agent training in late 2004.
