Italian machinery manufacturers Gozzini 1906 unveiled their new continuous ironing and embossing press at Tanning Tech. The benefits of this user-friendly machine include low operating costs. It offers automatic exchange of the operating cylinder in 30 seconds thanks to the star-shaped device rotating around a central shaft, on which the cylinders are installed.
Operating cylinders are heated by diathermic oil. The temperature of each cylinder can be regulated independently, allowing cylinders which are not yet operating to be brought to and kept at the desired temperature, ready for the next working phase.
The continuous ironing machine is available with 1 to 4 cylinders with diameters from 340 to 500mm.
