The two new “narrow” versions of their milling drums are purposely equipped for the finishing of fashion and trendy articles such as “tuffato” and washed leathers for vintage that are dried in the drum with the possibility of adding chemicals during milling.
Erretre have also devised a new humidification unit for the dry milling drums which allows greater control of the leather moisture.
Rotary spray cabin – Ecospray
A newly introduced system to enhance the consistency of spraying across the whole width of the conveyor. The rotary spray pattern does not guarantee an even application of finish because of the reciprocal movement between carrousel and transport conveyor. The spray control achieved by Erretre makes up for the difference on both sides and the middle leather surface.
