TFL has issued a statement on its alliance with Leather Naturally:
"TFL wants to play an active part in the leather industry and supports many activities and associations in this field. We love the material leather as it is a fascinating material: natural, robust, valuable, sustainable and indispensable in many areas of life. TFL, being committed to deliver sustainable leather chemicals, wants to take on further responsibility in the leather value chain and was joining the Leather Naturally initiative from November 2017.
"Leather Naturally promotes the use of globally-manufactured sustainable leather and seeks to inspire and inform designers, creators, and consumers about its beauty, quality and versatility.
"TFL supports Leather Naturally to promote the positive aspects of leather such as being a highly sustainable and natural material while defending it against unchallenged reports designed to prejudice its image.
"TFL constantly invests in the optimisation of its business processes to improve products and services and to make it happen what Leather Naturally stands for: clean and safe production of high quality leather."
