IULTCS has reminded prospective applicants that the deadline for submissions for the 2018 Young Leather Scientist Research Grant is rapidly approaching.
Submissions for the research award need to be submitted by 31 October 2017 for review by the Research Commission of the IULTCS.
The grant of €1,500 will be awarded in January 2018 to a scientist under the age of 35 for research in the leather field. 2018 is the fourth year of the grant scheme, which is supported by the Lear Corporation.
