The International Union of Leather Technologists and Chemist Societies (IULTCS) has launched the 2018 Young Leather Scientist Grant.
Sponsored by Lear Corporation, the award of €1,500 will be awarded to a young scientist, under the age of 35, for a leather research project conducted at a recognized institution in 2018.
The award will be administered by the International Union Research Commission (IUR), currently led by Dr Luis Zugno.
Details of the eligibility requirements and Application Form are available on the IULTCS website (www.iultcs.org). The independent Selection Committee is headed by Dr Michael Meyer. The submission deadline is 31 October 2017.
