Through the Cup Project – an initiative of the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) within the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Project -the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB) brings to the country ten guests from seven different companies to build relations with their clients and promote more business opportunities for the tanning industry and the economy of Brazil.
The special guests will be from two CICB members: Coming Indústria e Comércio de Couros and America Leather. A special agenda to host the visitors has been set-up by the tanneries and CICB, to ensure a very positive experience in regard to business, tourism opportunities and to strengthen the image of Brazil. The visitors (from Italy and the United States) will watch the games and get involved with Apex-Brasil promotional trade initiatives – which are open to every guest in the FIFA Confederations Cup Brazil 2013 project.
CICB is pleased to promote this initiative due to its strong belief it will bring tangible results to the industry as a whole, and also to the economy of the country.
