Atlas Refinery Inc, Newark, NJ, have announced their appointment as exclusive distributors for Dupont’s Teflon stain protection for leather in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
In addition to distributing Dupont’s Zonyl 602 Product, Atlas will assist in the promotion of the Teflon brand, assist in the branded license programme, and conduct the required quality assurance testing for branded leathers.
The Zonyl 602 Teflon Stain Protection for leather ‘is a water-based finish that resists interactions with other chemicals. When applied to leather, the invisible finish provides superior water repellency and protection against spills and stains.’
In addition to providing protection for the leather, the Teflon barrier allows the leather to maintain its desired qualities such as appearance, colour, and surface touch.
