Russia’s State Statistics Committee reports that Russia produced 850 million square decimetres of chrome-tanned leather products in the first seven months of this year, a year-on-year fall of 1% according to the Interfax news agency. In comparison, industrial output in Russia in the January to July period was 4.1% higher year-on-year.
