TFL, the worldwide company exclusively serving the leather industry, continue to build their finishing business with the acquisition of the Quinn group in India (subject to approval by Indian Government and other statutory formalities).
The Quinn group, headquartered at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, are a leading player in leather finishing chemicals in India and this acquisition strengthens TFL’s position in finishing. It also increases their production capacity for beamhouse and wet-end chemicals.
TFL intend to use the central production location in Hyderabad to cover the requirements of customers in South Asia and the Far East.
