The dates for the 2006 editions of GDS at the Messe Düsseldorf are 5-7 March and 10-12 September. For the first time, the fairs will be held from Sunday to Tuesday.
Frank Hartmann, member of the management board at Messe Düsseldorf explained that holding the show on a Sunday to Tuesday avoids the high-sales days in the shops and this gives the retail managers and buyers time to visit the exhibition.
