PDF Please supply composite pdf files with all fonts embedded and sub-setted below 100%. Distilled using Acrobat 5. All pdf files should be supplied in single and not multiple page format. Colour space must be CMYK and have an effective resolution of 300dpi

Disc Types - MAC floppy discs, CD ROM, Mac ZIP discs 100Mb and 250Mb

Hard Copy - We must receive a hard copy of the advert, in Colour if the advert is Colour. Without this we Cannot guarantee good reproduction

Application Files - QuarkXPress, Photoshop and Illustrator

Pictures - Saved as EPS, TIFF and JPEG. Resolution must be 300dpi at size to be used. Colour pictures Must be CMYK not RGB (RGB pictures will print mono)

Fonts - Mac Only, Type 1 Postscript with Screen & Printer Files

File Name - Please give your file a name in the following format: Magazine name, company name, issue date eg, LTHLEEJAN09
