Linz offer leather industry inline crosslinking

Linz are specialists in mixing technology for a variety of industries and two years ago, they turned their attention to the leather industry. The result is an inline crosslinking system specifically developed for the leather industry, enabling the mixing to be done at the production line rather than mixing the catalyst with the crosslinker system elsewhere (up to six components can be mixed). This means that only the right amount of chemicals is mixed and there are no pot life consequences to be considered. Without the pot life factored into the procedure, pigments can be ready mixed and any surplus used another time. This brings a new dimension to mixing and dosing technology as it obviates waste which keeps costs down.
