Joint leathergoods complex

The communes of Tu Min and Hiep Hoa in northern Vietnam's Hai Duong province are to jointly construct a new leather products manufacturing plant, according to the Vietnam News Agency. The plant will cost the equivalent of US$4.7 million to construct, with the funding to be provided by the Ministry of Industry. It will have six units producing shoes, suitcases, bags and other leathergoods.
