Inline crosslinking-systems from Linz

18 June 2005

German automated dosing and mixing system manufacturers, Linz, have introduced their Inline Flow Control 2-6 equipment into the leather industry. The product has been specifically designed to minimise the use of paint and the system is able to record the overall use of materials. A modular system allows full process control of multi component paints. The system can be combined with piston, diaphragm or gear pumps. Operators are able to control the volume of flow, pressure and the proportions of the mix, for systems incorporating up to 6 components. Inline Flow Control 2-6 can be fully networked and can be linked to the windows XP operating system. Data can be input during operation, and complex functions are easily controlled via a 15-inch touch screen. All operating functions are clearly represented on the screen by icons.
