With more than 50 years experience in the tanning sector Fratelli Carlessi will present the following innovations at APLF: Rotary spray cabinet 'Diamond' The spray cabinet is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and features an internal water recycling system using either electro pump 'Diamond' or dry bottom system, known as Diamond/ S; or a static water system called Diamond/F. The cabinet features large doors both on the control side as well as on the suction side. There are various options available to accessorise the Diamond spray cabinet including a gun height adjustment, stainless steel covering for the guns, an economizer with scale system, airless spray group, airmix spray group, an automatic pipe washing and pigment recovery system. Anti-pollution group for spray fumes type 'DEP' Main features include construction from AISI 304 stainless steel, centrifugal fan made of painted steel for fume collection and an automatic washing system for the plastic balls inside the antipollution group (on request). Radiation drying tunnel type TES/S (TES SUPER) This is a new and revolutionary drying tunnel for finishing lines, which uses radiation produced by an electrical current. Thanks to its construction, a set of electronic panels (patented) can radiate in a single direction, concentrating their action solely on the leather, thus considerably reducing heat loss and in turn, reducing power consumption. Internal parts of the tunnel are dust free as there are no recirculation fans. The tunnel is fitted with exhaust fans to extract humid air. Temperature is monitored and regulated throughout the tunnel. The 'quick-start' means that the whole plant may be switched off for short breaks. The quality of leather processed in the drying tunnel is improved and the handle is softer as the heat is concentrated solely on the surface. The absence of air filters reduces cleaning and maintenance requirements to a minimum.
